■ We search and find on your behalf
■ The right sales partners and the right sales channels for your products and services
■ We run online assessment centers for you
■ We work out the legal structures for you precisely and optimized and our lawyers show you the best legal form for your company, your cooperation or your joint venture
■ We conduct negotiations with business partners and government representatives and assist you in all negotiations or carry out negotiations on behalf of you
■ We have team members on site who, in addition to Kiswahili and other regional languages, speak the respective national language and business fluent English, French, German or Dutch
■ Total 12,500 € plus travel expenses and expenses, per day included. 2 preparation days, 1 day on site, documentation of the results and online presentation of all results.

■ Assessment center in the target country with up to 25 participant interviews 25,000 €
■ Presentation of the selected partners and structures in the target country 15,000 € per day plus travel expenses and expenses with a maximum of 5 participants in your company. Joint visits to the target country on site at governments, embassies, top decision-makers, offices and authorities, potential business partners 5,900 € for 1 MA consultant from the LIPKE GROUP and a local assistant
